Hi, I’m Ashley—mama of three, lifelong dreamer, and the heart behind Sunny & Luna. This magical world began as a way to help kids (and their parents) navigate life’s big feelings with love, calm, and confidence.
Our Story Began With a Spark of Mindful Magic…
Hi there! I’m Ashley—a mom of three, a firm believer in the power of healing, and a big fan of all things whimsical.

I created Sunny & Luna because I believe in the power of giving children mindful tools to feel safe, seen, and emotionally supported—especially on the hard days.
​
While my childhood shaped me in many meaningful ways, mindfulness and emotional regulation weren’t practices I was exposed to early on. As a parent now, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the value of these tools—and I’m passionate about sharing them with the next generation.

So now, I’m rewriting the story by helping parents and kids practice mindfulness in real, imperfect life.
Not the perfect kind—the kind where you take a deep breath after cleaning up another spill and choose kindness (even when it’s hard).

Through fairytales, crafts, affirmations, calming tools, and now the upcoming magical monthly mail, Sunny & Luna is here to help families feel more joy, more peace, and more togetherness—one little mindful moment at a time.

Why I Really Created Sunny & Luna
Because I’ve had moments—too many to count—where my chest felt tight, my patience wore thin, and I wondered if I was failing the very people I love most.
Because I’ve cried on the floor after holding it all together for too long.
Because I know what it feels like to want to be the calm, gentle presence… but instead, feel like a storm inside.
Sunny & Luna were born from that place—from the messiness, the tenderness, the fierce love of a mother who just wants her children to grow up with tools she never had.
Tools to breathe through big emotions.
Tools to feel safe in who they are.
Tools to return to center when life gets loud.
This brand isn’t about pretending I’m perfect—it’s about creating something magical and meaningful in spite of the chaos. It’s about making space for imperfection, for learning out loud, for growing together.
Because if my kids can learn to take a deep breath when I couldn’t… If they can carry even one spark of peace into their future… Then Sunny & Luna have already done what they came here to do.
I didn’t create Sunny & Luna because I have it all figured out. I created them because I don’t.

Since I was young, I’ve always loved giving thoughtful gifts — not just things, but meaningful moments. Whether it was a doll someone thought they’d never find again or a keepsake woven with a memory of someone they missed, gifts became my way of saying:
